Sharon Bio-Medicine forms new subsidiary in UAE Sharon Bio-Medicine Ltd. has announced that the Company has incorporated a new Company which is wholly owned subsidiary in Ras-AI-Khaimah-Free Trade Zone, United Arab Emirates for carrying business of Pharmaceuticals & general trading of other items.

The subsidiary Company has been named as Sharon International FZE.

Sharon Biomedicine manufactures chemical intermediates, bulk actives and pharmaceutical formulations. The company has three active pharmaceutical intermediates manufacturing units and two formulation units.
