On Friday, Benet Embry went to his neighborhood pool to get relief from heat. He told about the chaos created over there to CNN.

He is an African-American, who is living in Craig Ranch since eight years. It is a planned community, which is racially diverse.

He somewhere knew that the pool could be crowded. Craig Ranch's strict homeowners' association rules disallow bringing over two guests to the pool. And when several teenagers gathered at gate and shouted to get entry, it led to chaos at the place. According to Embry, some children jumped over the fence.

A security guard even tried to deal with the situation, but it went out of control and he called the police.

An officer, identified as Eric Casebolt, attacked several black teenagers. He then pulled a 14-year-old girl to the ground and knelt on her back. The girl was wearing just a bikini. The officer also unholstered his gun and followed teenage boys as they approached him when he was with the girl.

Just after some time, seven-minute video was posted on YouTube and many people on social media said that the white officer was racist.

The president Gary Bledsoe, said on CNN Monday, "Let me reiterate, the neighbors or the neighborhood did not call the police because this was an African-American party or whatever the situation is. This was not a racially motivated event -- at all. This whole thing is being blown completely out of proportion".
