OnMobile Global acquires 100% stake of Telisma SA France Bangalore-based OnMobile Global signed an agreement to acquire 100% stake of Telisma SA France, Europe’s leading Speech Recognition software company, for an undisclosed amount.

France-headquartered Telisma SA designs, develops and sells speech recognition software for use in telecommunications and enterprise speech-enabled applications.

Telisma operates at three different sites in France: Lannion (Product Development), Rennes (R&D) and Paris (Sales & Marketing). It also has a sales team in the UK. The company currently employs 40 persons as staff comprising of 8 different nationalities.

OnMobile Global Limited provides telecommunications value added software products and services to telecommunications carriers and media companies primarily in India. It offers a range of applications that are delivered by its carrier customers to their end-user subscribers.
