Real Madrid eyeing Beckham for 10 million pounds

Real Madrid eyeing Bekham for 10 million pounds London, Mar. 18: David Beckham may don the Real Madrid shirt this summer if Florentino Perez becomes the club’s president again.

“Florentino will try to bring Becks back if he decides to run for presidency. It would be silly to deny it,” The Telegraph quoted a top Madrid source, as saying.

It was Perez who bought the star footballer from Manchester United for 24million pounds in 2003, and with Perez emerging as the favourite contender for the presidency it shouldn’t be a surprise to see Bekham with a Madrid logo on his chest.

Sources said that the deal may fetch-up Bekham a whopping 10 million pounds.(ANI)
