Kohli denies rape and murder of Hannah Foster
London, Dec. 11: Indian-born delivery driver Maninder Pal Singh Kohli has denied raping and murdering British teenager Hannah Foster.
Kohli, 39, was, however, remanded to custody despite pleading his innocence.
According to The Sun, The case was adjourned at the Wichester Crown Court until a trial is held next year.
Hannah, 17, was strangled yards from her home after a night out in Southampton in March 2003.
Kohli flew to India two days later, and was held there in 2004. He was extradited last July. (ANI)
