How much money are we allowed to Spend as per RBI directions in any European Country ?

Hi Everyone.

 I am planning to visit Europe next month and wanted to ask about the limit Indian Authorities put over a tourist spending in those countries ?

If someone has any idea of how much goods we can import without paying any customs, it will be great.
