Britain lifts ban on airlines
On Wednesday Britain and European countries have lifted the ban on flights through airlines and has informed that it will take up to a week to clear the backlog. There will be no further interruption but still, it will take some time.
The airline industry had taken the conclusion to reopen the airspace after faced the lots of loss and had lastly conducted its own test flights just to prove the safety and security in the flight.
Martin Chalk, the president of the European Cockpit Association has informed that they will be on ultimate repay if the flight is not perfect. He has said this on behalf of on behalf of the 40,000 European pilots. Mainland Europe with France and Germany have earlier lifted the ban.
After the few hours Britain chased suit and the first flight from Vancouver has landed at Heathrow which was an indicator of such ban to be over. The European air traffic body Eurocontrol is expecting almost 75% of the European flights to be operated today.
